  I used to be a Burger Urge guy through and through but after my recent visit to your store I'm completely converted! I was served by a very nice, young employee 'Derek' and he taught me his secret handshake. I found his hands very soft and the experience professional yet compassionate. In addition, I found his effort to reach over the counter applaudable!

  I usually love Grill'd but on my most recent visit I received a totally different burger to that which I had ordered. I blame the out of control boy at the front counter, Derek was his name. Seemed distracted the whole time and was playing some type of portable video game behind the counter. When I complained about my incorrect meal he told me that it wasn't his problem and that I should "deal with it old man." Very unhappy with the service and I wouldn't come again if it weren't for his soft and supple hands, reaching across the counter to caress my bony wrists. Overall an enjoyable experience, bad service but nice hands. 9.8/10.
